A golf course architect of legendary status, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. holds the acclaim as one of the most prolific and innovative course designers of all time.  The first golf course architect inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame, Jones was the first to introduce extensive teeing areas and expansive greens fostering unlimited variation in play.  During more than six decades, Jones designed or remodeled more than 500 courses in 45 states and 35 countries, with some of the world’s most famous among them.  The last golf course ever to be designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. is the Fox Hollow Golf Course.
