Place
named Champions’ Club director of sales
TRINITY, FLA. – June A.
Place has been appointed director of sales for The Champions’ Club, an
exclusive, gated golfing community being developed along the 18-hole
championship Fox Hollow Golf Club in southwest Pasco County.
According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc.,
developer of The Champions’ Club, Place will head Champions’ Club Realty,
the real-estate brokerage that will handle all sales for the community’s 368
homesites.
A licensed real-estate broker, Place has 17 years of real-estate sales
experience, earning various building-industry awards. Place comes to The
Champions’ Club from the Highlands of Innisbrook, where she was sales
director and on-site broker.
A native of Utica, Mich., Place lives in Palm Harbor, Fla.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Prices range from the $400s to more than $2 million including
homesite.
Land development is expected to be completed soon, and home construction
should be under way by mid-May.
The community will feature a $2 million, 10,000-square-foot
Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a social salon, dining room, fitness
center, locker rooms, resort-style pool, sun deck with covered patio, and
tennis courts.
The 7,138-yard golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club opened in 1994, and was
the last designed and built by world-renowned golf course architect Robert
Trent Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune rated Fox Hollow one of the top three golf
courses in the Tampa Bay area.
