Place named Champions’ Club director of sales

TRINITY, FLA. – June A. Place has been appointed director of sales for The Champions’ Club, an exclusive, gated golfing community being developed along the 18-hole championship Fox Hollow Golf Club in southwest Pasco County.

According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., developer of The Champions’ Club, Place will head Champions’ Club Realty, the real-estate brokerage that will handle all sales for the community’s 368 homesites.

A licensed real-estate broker, Place has 17 years of real-estate sales experience, earning various building-industry awards. Place comes to The Champions’ Club from the Highlands of Innisbrook, where she was sales director and on-site broker.
A native of Utica, Mich., Place lives in Palm Harbor, Fla.

The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living space. Prices range from the $400s to more than $2 million including homesite.

Land development is expected to be completed soon, and home construction should be under way by mid-May.

The community will feature a $2 million, 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a social salon, dining room, fitness center, locker rooms, resort-style pool, sun deck with covered patio, and tennis courts.

The 7,138-yard golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club opened in 1994, and was the last designed and built by world-renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune rated Fox Hollow one of the top three golf courses in the Tampa Bay area.
