Costanza Homes chosen for Champions’ Club
May 9, 2003TRINITY, FLA. – Costanza
Homes – a custom-home builder based in Holiday, Fla. – has been selected to
offer its designs in The Champions’ Club, an exclusive, gated golf-course
community in southwest Pasco County.
According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc.,
the com-munity’s developer, Costanza will build in the village of Floresta,
offering designs ranging from 3,500 to 7,300 square feet of living space.
Prices will start in the $500s including homesite.
Costanza Homes will build the 4,000-square-foot Bellamead – a
four-bedroom, three-bath design – as its model in this village. The home
features a three-car garage, game room and detached guest suite.
Founded in 1972 by Peter and John Costanza, this award-winning, family
owned home builder has built more than 200 custom homes throughout Pasco,
Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. The firm’s executive and estate
residences range from 2,800 to more than 7,000 square feet of living space.
The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hollow Golf Club, which opened in 1994.
The golf course is the last one designed and built by world-renowned
golf-course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune has rated
Fox Hollow as one of the top-three courses in the Tampa Bay area.
More than half of this community’s 368 homesites will border the golf
course, while many others will overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation
areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages.
Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living
space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square
feet of living space. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more
than $2 million including homesite.
Homes in The Champions’ Club will be built by some of the best-known
home-building companies in the Tampa Bay area. Land work here is nearly
complete, and new-home construction should begin soon.
The Champions’ Club will feature a $2 million, 10,000-square-foot,
Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will provide an intimate lounge, dining
room, fully equipped fitness center, his-and-her locker facilities, a
resort-style pool, sun deck, and tennis courts. Community activities here
will be coordinated by a club concierge.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of
Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area.
Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
