Costanza begins model in The Champions’
Club
August 11, 2003
TRINITY, FLA. – Costanza Homes recently broke ground on its $1.1 million,
4,071-square-foot Bellemead model in Floresta, a village in The Champions’
Club, an exclusive, gated golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
Boasting a sweeping view of three fairways and two lakes, the Bellemead is
a Mediterranean-style, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath design with a detached guest
house, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc.,
the community’s developer.
From
the circular, brick-paved motor court, visitors will find the Bellemead
high-lighted by Mediterranean-themed columns, marble, and wrought-iron
railings. Double front doors, flanked by a pair of bay windows, open to
the foyer and the 17-by-17-foot living room beyond. Featuring crown
molding, a recessed ceiling and marble fireplace, the living room also has
french doors that open to the pool and lanai area.
The
island kitchen – accessible from the living room – provides a marble
floor, gra-nite countertops and cherry-wood cabinetry. Overlooking the
pool, the adjoining breakfast area is open to the 19-by-22-foot family
room, which features a coffered ceiling, and an arch-accented, built-in
entertainment center. It also provides another pair of french doors that
opens to the lanai.
Situated off the family room is the 14-by-17-foot game room with an oak
floor, wainscoting and a ceiling with faux finish.
On the
opposite side of the model, the 12-by-16-foot master suite features a
tran-som window, and a 7-by-15-foot walk-in closet with mirrored dressing
areas. Separated from the bedroom by an arched entry is the owners’
retreat, which provides lanai access via a french door. The master bath
has a marble floor, granite countertops and garden tub.
Separated from the main residence, the 17-by-17-foot guest house ...
located at the far side of the pool ... has a private bath and walk-in
closet.
The
Champions’ Club overlooks the18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hollow Golf Club, which opened in 1994. The course is the last one
designed and built by world-renowned golf-course architect Robert Trent
Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune has rated Fox Hollow as one of the top-three
courses in the Tampa Bay area.
The
Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than
$2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club will feature a $2 million,
10,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will provide an
intimate lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness center, his-and-her
locker facilities, a resort-style pool, sun deck and tennis courts.
