The Champions' Club sales center opens
October 6, 2003
TRINITY, FLA. - A 2,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style sales center has
opened to the public at The Champions' Club, giving home buyers their first
comprehensive look at this exclusive, gated, golf-course community in
southwest Pasco County.
Accented by a 23-foot-tall entry tower and lush, tropical landscaping, the
sales center features Mediterranean-inspired architecture crowned by a
barrel-tile roof, says Dan Aldridge - vice president of Adam Smith
Enterprises, the community's developer.
Moreover, the center boasts an awning-covered rear deck overlooking the Fox
Hollow Golf Club golf course, an interior design accented by
Tuscan-influenced columns as well as Mediterranean-style furnishings and
many other appointments.
The sales center staff will introduce home buyers to the community's
exclusive builders, its amenities and a community plan created so most
homesites border the golf course, lakes or heavily wooded conservation
areas.
The 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club opened in 1994,
and is the last course designed and built by world-renowned golf-course
architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune has rated Fox Hollow as
one of the top-three courses in the Tampa Bay area.
The Champions' Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other villa-ges require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2
million including homesite.
Homes in The Champions' Club will be built by Bayfair Homes, Campagna Homes,
Costanza Homes, Greene Builders, M/I Homes, Nohl Crest Homes, Arthur
Rutenberg Homes and Samuelsen Builders.
The Champions' Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will
provide an intimate lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness center,
his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style pool, sun deck and tennis
courts. Community activities here will be coor-dinated by a club concierge.
To reach The Champions' Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
