Campagna Homes begins estate model in Floresta
TRINITY, FLA. - Campagna Homes has started construction of its
4,410-square-foot Villa Capri model on the golf course at The Champions'
Club, a private, country-club community in southwest Pasco County.
According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc.,
the community's developer, the four-bedroom model is located in the village
of Floresta and will be priced at $1.2 million including homesite.
Just beyond the home's double front doors, visitors to the Villa Capri will
be greeted by a semi-circular staircase punctuating a broad foyer with
21-foot-high ceiling. To one side of the foyer is the 12-by-14-foot formal
dining room with recessed ceiling and butler's pantry, while a den with
custom-designed, double glass doors is on the other side.
Ahead, the formal living room features a soaring 21-foot-high recessed
ceiling accented by crown molding. The room also boasts a fireplace and
atrium doors that provide access to the lanai with outdoor kitchen, pool and
spa area. The lanai also can be reached from a door in the glass-walled
breakfast room adjoining the gourmet kitchen.
A rear staircase off the kitchen leads to a loft, the home's secondary
bedrooms, two baths and a small study with built-in desk and covered deck.
Open to the kitchen is the 19-by-22-foot family room, which provides two
sets of pocketing glass atrium doors that open to the lanai and outdoor
kitchen. Just off the family room is a 15-by-27-foot flex space that can be
converted to a game room or media center.
Across the lanai from the family room is the 14-by-23-foot master suite with
a two-sided fireplace. The master bath features ceramic-tile flooring, two
vanities, a garden tub, separate shower and two walk-in closets.
The Champions' Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hol-low Golf Club, which opened in 1994. More than half of this community's
368 homesites will border the golf course, while many others will overlook
lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.
The Champions' Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2
million including homesite.
The Champions' Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will
provide an intimate lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness center,
his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style pool, sun deck and tennis
courts.
To reach The Champions' Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
