Greene Models In Marabella Set To Open In May

TRINITY, FLA. – Greene Builders’ Mediterranean-inspired 3,145-square-foot
Seville and 3,031-square-foot Valencia models are nearing completion in
Marabella, a gated village at the private, golf-course community of The
Champions’ Club in Pasco County.
The three-bedroom Valencia and four-bedroom Seville are priced from $425,000
including homesite, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith
Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. Both models are scheduled to
open in May.
The Valencia features tray ceilings in the foyer, living room, master suite
and dining room. The foyer is flanked on one side by french doors to a study
with a bay window. Ahead, a column-accented entry leads to the living room,
which boasts 8-foot-high sliding glass doors that offer a view of the lanai
and pool at the rear of the home.
Double doors off the living room open into a master suite accented by a bay
window, while the master bath features marble countertops and a garden tub.
On the other side of the living room, there is an arched entrance to the
island kitchen, which boasts a ceramic-tile floor, Viking appliances,
granite countertops and an adjoining breakfast area. The kitchen is open to
the family room and is accented by three 8-foot-high windows.
The Seville’s double front doors open to the foyer, flanked by a den and
dining area. Ahead, the living room provides a view of the pool and lanai
through a trio of glass doors.
The home’s island kitchen – off the dining area – features ceramic-tile
floors, granite countertops, Viking appliances and a breakfast area
overlooking the pool. The kitchen also is open to the 17-by-22-foot family
room.
The 15-by-19-foot master suite – with tray ceiling, bay window and
marble-accented master bath – is off the living room.
The village of Marabella is composed of 35 homesites – some overlooking the
18-hole champion golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, designed by
world-renowned golf architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. More than half of The
Champion’s Club’s 368 homesites border the golf course, while others
overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages – including Marabella – must provide at least 2,700 square
feet of living space, while other villages require a minimum of 3,500 square
feet of living space. Pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2
million including homesite.
