Bayfair, Arthur Rutenberg Homes To Build in Siena
APRIL 20, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Award-winning builders Arthur Rutenberg Homes and Bayfair
Homes will offer custom-designed estate residences with maintenance-free
landscaping in the village of Siena at The Champions’ Club in southwest
Pasco County.
Landscaping, planting and irrigation will be provided to the 50 homeowners
in this gated village, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith
Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. Aldridge adds that homes in
Siena must offer at least 2,850 square feet of living space, will feature
Mediterranean-inspired architectural details and will be priced from the
$500s including homesite.
Arthur Rutenberg Homes – through its Catenac-Gulfwynd franchise – offers
six-floor plans that can be customized to fit buyers’ specific needs and
tastes.
Work on the 3,600-square-foot Venetia model – a two-story, three-bedroom
design – will begin this summer. Until the model is completed, sales for
Siena will be conducted from Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ model in the village of
Salano.
Bayfair Homes’ will offer five floor plans that range from 3,000 to 4,200
square feet of living space and also will build a model here. Sales for
Bayfair will be conducted from its model in the village of Floresta.
The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hol-low Golf Club, which opened in 1994. The golf course is the last one
designed and built by world-renowned golf-course architect Robert Trent
Jones Sr. The Tampa Tribune has rated Fox Hollow as one of the top-three
courses in the Tampa Bay area.
More than half of this community’s 368 homesites will border the golf
course, while many others will overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation
areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2
million including homesite.
The community’s Mediterranean-style clubhouse will provide a dining room,
fully equipped fitness center, his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style
pool, sun deck, tennis courts and community activities coordinated by a club
concierge.
