Arthur Rutenberg Homes' $800,00 Model Opens
JUNE 4, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Arthur Rutenberg Homes' Bonaire estate model, overlooking
the 18-hole championship golf course at the Fox Hollow Golf Club, has opened
in Salano, a gated village at The Champions' Club in southwest Pasco County.
As shown, the furnished, $800,000 million model home provides 3,237-square-feet
of living space, four bedrooms, a den and bonus room as well as a cabana,
says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises, the community's
developer. The Bonaire's basic floor plan is priced from the $700s including homesite.
The model was built by Arthur Rutenberg Homes' franchise Catenac-Gulfwynd.
From the home's foyer, visitors can see an expansive view of the lanai and
pool through 8-foot-high sliding glass doors in the formal living room
ahead. To one side of the lanai is a 19-by-19-foot leisure room, accessible
via another set of 8-foot-high pocketing sliding glass doors. The leisure
room also is open to an island kitchen that features a recessed ceiling and
a breakfast area.
Beyond the leisure room is a 12-by-12-foot bonus room, which boasts a
built-in bar and media center. The most striking aspect of the room,
however, is its intersecting walls of pocketing, sliding-glass doors that
fully retract to expose this area to the lanai; pool; and cabana with a
ceramic-tile floor; outdoor kitchen and stone fireplace.
Across the lanai from the leisure and bonus rooms is a 13-by-18-foot master
suite that is crowned by a recessed ceiling. The suite features his-and-her
walk-in closets and a master bath with twin vanities, garden tub and large,
walk-in shower.
Twelve Arthur Rutenberg Homes floor plans are offered in Salano, where homes
must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space. All Arthur
Rutenberg designs can be customized to buyers' specifications.
More than half of the 368 homesites at The Champions' Club border the golf
course at Fox Hollow Golf Club. The course – the last one designed by
world-renowned golf-course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr.– has been rated
as one of the top-three courses in the Tampa Bay area by The Tampa Tribune.
The Champions' Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages.
Resi-dential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2 million
including homesite.
The Champions' Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of
Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area.
Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions' Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
