Campagna Prepares to Open $1.315 Million Model
JUNE 29, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Construction of Campagna Homes’ 4,410-square-foot Villa
Capri model home overlooking the championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf
Club is nearing completion at The Champions’ Club, a private community in
southwest Pasco County.
Priced at $1.315 million including golf-course homesite, the two-story,
four-bedroom, estate model home is slated to open in August at the village
of Floresta, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises
Inc, the community’s developer.
Double front doors open into to a broad foyer crowned by a soaring
21-foot-high ceiling. Ahead, the formal living room – boasting a cathedral
ceiling – features a fire-place, and atrium doors that open to a lanai with
outdoor kitchen, pool and spa.
The foyer is punctuated by a semi-circular oak staircase that leads to
secondary bedrooms, two baths, a small study, loft and private covered
verandah.
To one side of the foyer is a den with custom-designed, double glass doors.
A hall near the den leads to the 14-by-23-foot master suite with access to
the lanai – as well as a two-sided fireplace, and a master bath with
ceramic-tile flooring, two vanities, a garden tub and a pair of walk-in
closets.
Across the lanai from the master suite is a glass-walled breakfast room
adjoining the home’s gourmet, island kitchen. These rooms are open to the
19-by-22-foot family room, where two sets of pocketing atrium doors open to
the lanai. A 15-by-27-foot flex space off the family room can be used as a
game room or media center.
More than half of the 368 homesites at The Champions’ Club will border the
golf course – designed and built by world-renowned golf-course architect
Robert Trent Jones Sr. Many other homesites overlook lakes or heavily wooded
conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes
in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space,
while other vill-ages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of
living space. Pricing ranges range from the $400s to more than $2 million
including homesite.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of
Trinity, which also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
