Oslo Estate Model Opens in The Champions' Club
August 2, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Samuelsen Builders has opened its 4,156-square-foot Oslo
estate model home in Marabella, a gated village in The Champions’ Club, the
private, golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
The Oslo has four bedrooms and four baths, a three-car garage and den,
exercise room and an upstairs bonus area, says Dan Aldridge, vice president
of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The Oslo floor
plan is priced from the low-$500s and features a front porch accented by
columns and arches.
The Oslo’s double front doors open into a foyer – with ceramic-tile floor –
that ends at the 15-by-17-foot living room, which provides an expansive view
of the lanai and pool. To one side of the foyer are eight-foot-high french
doors opening into the den, while on the other side is a formal dining area
crowned by a tray ceiling.
Beyond the living room is an island kitchen accented with crown molding,
Corian® countertops, ceramic-tile floor and custom wood cabinets. The
kitchen adjoins a breakfast area that provides a view of the pool and lanai
through an angular wall of mitered glass. These areas are open to a
17-by-24-foot family room with a tray ceiling and eight-foot-high, pocketing
sliding glass doors that lead to the lanai.
Across the lanai, the master suite is accessible via a french door that
opens into a 14-by-24-foot master bedroom with 10-foot-high tray ceilings
and glass-walled sitting area. The suite features his-and-her walk-in
closets and a master bath with garden tub, separate shower and double
vanities.
Upstairs is a theater with vaulted ceiling; as well as separate game room –
with powder room – and a children’s retreat. There also is a storage area.
The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hollow Golf Club, the last one designed and built by Robert Trent Jones Sr.
More than half of the 368 homesites here will border the golf course, while
many will overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas. Home prices
range from the $400s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of
Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area.
Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
