Sale of executive, estate homes begins in Siena

TRINITY, FLA. – Award-winning builders Arthur Rutenberg Homes and Bayfair
have begun their sales programs in Siena, a gated village of 50 executive
and estate resi-dences at The Champions’ Club, a private, golf-course
community in southwest Pasco County.
Home owners in Siena will enjoy maintenance-free landscaping that includes
plan-ting and irrigation, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith
Enterprises, Inc., the community’s developer. Nearly half of Siena’s
homesites overlook water or the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hollow Golf Club.
Priced from the $500s including homesite, residences in Siena will feature
Mediterranean-inspired architectural details and must provide at least 2,850
square feet of living space.
Arthur Rutenberg Homes – through its Catenac-Gulfwynd franchise – offers a
port-folio of customizable floor plans here. The builder will showcase its
3,540-square-foot Venetia design as a model in Siena. However until it is
complete, sales are being conducted from its model in the nearby village of
Salano at The Champions’ Club.
Bayfair’s seven floor plans in Siena provide from 2,800 to 3,500 square feet
of living space. Construction on a model home is expected to begin soon.
Currently, sales are being conducted from Bayfair’s model home in the
village of Floresta.
When completed, The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed
villages. More than half of the community’s 368 homesites will border the
golf course, the last one designed by world-renowned golf-course architect
Robert Trent Jones Sr. Many other homesites will overlook lakes and heavily
wooded conservation areas. Residential pricing will range from the $400s to
more than $2 million including homesite.
In addition, The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style
clubhouse with an intimate lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness
center, his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style pool, a sun deck and
tennis courts. Community activities here will be coordinated by a club
concierge.
The community adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity,
one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity
also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
