Bayfair starts building executive model in Siena
OCTOBER 19, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Bayfair’s Mediterranean-influenced Bella Donna model home is
under way in Siena, a gated village of estate and executive homes with
maintenance-free landscaping at The Champions’ Club – a private, golf-course
community in southwest Pasco County.
The 3,356-square-foot residence provides four bedrooms, three full baths,
two half-baths, as well as separate one- and two-car garages, says Dan
Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s
developer. The Bella Donna’s basic floor plan also includes an outdoor
living area and boasts 10- and 12-foot-high ceilings through-out. It is
priced from the $500s including standard homesite.
A brick-paver walkway leads to the covered entry, and a foyer where visitors
will find ceramic-tile flooring and 14-foot-high tray ceiling. Directly
ahead is a wide gallery that provides access to a 10-by-15-foot study as
well as the master suite, which boasts a sitting area and private access to
the lanai. The suite also has his-and-her walk-in closets and
a master bath with twin vanities, garden tub and walk-in shower.
The gallery area also is open to the formal dining room and to the living
room where a series of three large windows overlooks the pool and lanai.
Two secondary bedrooms and a bath can be reached from a wide hallway near
the dining room. Both bedrooms have 10-foot-high ceilings. The dining room
also provides access to the home’s informal areas: the family room, an
island kitchen and a breakfast area overlooking the lanai.
The family room (with optional fireplace) features 8-foot-high sliding glass
doors that open to the lanai, and provides access to a pool bath and
optional outdoor living space. At the far end of the family room is the
entrance to a guest wing with a bedroom and a private bath that can double
as a pool bath.
In Siena, Bayfair offers seven residential designs with 2,817 to 3,493
square feet of living space. Pricing starts in the $460s including homesite.
Half of Siena’s 50 home-sites overlook the 18-hole championship golf course
at Fox Hollow Golf Club.
The Champions’ Club – which adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned
community of Trinity – will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages.
Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2 million
including homesite.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
Until its model is complete, Bayfair’s sales for Siena are being conducted
from the community’s welcome center, which is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
