Work on Nohl Crest model home begins in Mirasol
APRIL 12, 2005
TRINITY, FLA. – Nohl Crest Homes has broken ground on a four-bedroom,
3.5-bath executive model home in Mirasol, a gated village in The Champions’
Club, a private golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
The Edinburgh model provides 3,939 square feet of living space, an outdoor
living area with pool and spa, and a second-floor bonus room with bath and
extra storage, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises
Inc., the community’s developer. The price of the home’s basic floor plan
(including homesite) is undetermined at this time.
To one side of The Edinburgh’s foyer is a study – accessible via optional
french doors – while a formal dining room with tray ceiling is on the other
side. Directly ahead, the 15-by-18-foot living room overlooks the pool and
spa.
A vestibule off the living room leads to the master-suite’s double doors,
which open into an octagonal reception area with tray ceiling. The
14-by-22-foot suite provides direct lanai access and his-and-her walk-in
closets. The master bath boasts a garden tub, separate shower and individual
dressing areas with vanities.
An island gourmet kitchen also can be reached from the living room. The
kitchen – with glass-walled breakfast area overlooking the lanai and pool is
open to a 16-by-23-foot family room with an optional media center and lanai
access via sliding glass doors. At the far end of the family room is a guest
suite with bath. Two more bedrooms and a bath are accessible from a short
hall off the formal dining room. Also in this area is a staircase leading to
the home’s 19-by-25-foot bonus room.
Nohl Crest offers five floor plans in Mirasol, and residences here must
provide at least 3,800 square feet of living space.
The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hol-low Golf Club, the last one designed and built by world-renowned golf
course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. More than half of this community’s
368 homesites will border the golf course, while many others will overlook
lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages.
Residential pricing will range from the $400s to more than $2 million
including homesite.
The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will
provide an intimate lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness center,
his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style pool, sun deck, and tennis
courts.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north
to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road
south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast
Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
