Handful of homesites remains in village of Floresta
MARCH 24, 2006
TRINITY, FLA. – Just five homesites remain available in the 55-home
village of Floresta at The Champions’ Club, an award-winning, golf-course
community in southwest Pasco County.
After choosing a homesite, home buyers may select any of Floresta’s builders
including Bayfair, Campagna Homes and Costanza Homes, says Dan Aldridge,
vice presi-dent of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., this gated community’s
developer. Homes here must provide at least 3,500 square feet of living
space, and are priced from the $700s to more than $1 million including
homesite.
Bayfair offers four floor plans and is selling from its 3,658-square-foot
Belladonna II model home – with an outdoor kitchen and pool – in the village
of Siena. Campagna – with five floor plans – is conducting sales from its
Villa Capri design. This 4,410-square-foot home, with a den and library, is
in Floresta. Both builders will customize their floor plans to meet the
needs of buyers.
Costanza Homes’ portfolio of custom designs is being sold from the builder’s
4,000-square-foot Summerfield model home in the village of Mirasol.
The Champions’ Club borders the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox
Hollow Golf Club, and more than half of its 368 homesites will border the
golf course. Many others will overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes, or heavily
wooded conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in
some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while
other villages require a minimum of 3,500 and 3,800 square feet of living
space. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $2 million
including homesite.
The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a
resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art workout
facility with his-and-her locker facilities. Community activities will be
coordinated by a club concierge.
The community adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity –
also developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East
Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to
