Champions’ Club village of Floresta nears sellout
JUNE 29, 2006
TRINITY, FLA. – A 4,500-square-foot waterfront residence by Bayfair
joins just five homesites as the final offerings in the 55-home village of
Floresta at The Champions’ Club, an award-winning, golf-course community in
southwest Pasco County.
Bayfair’s Grenada design – with four bedrooms, three full baths and two half
baths – features mahogany floors throughout, an elaborate kitchen with
Sub-Zero and Wolf appli-ances, as well as an outdoor entertainment area with
pool, fireplace and kitchen. It is priced at more than $1 million including
homesite.
According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc.,
the com-munity’s developer, residences by Bayfair, Campagna Homes and
Costanza Homes are offered in Floresta, where floor plans must have at least
3,500 square feet of living space.
Bayfair offers four floor plans and is selling from its Belladonna II model
home in the village of Siena, while Costanza’s portfolio of custom designs
is being sold from the 4,000-square-foot Summerfield model home in the
village of Mirasol.
Campagna is conducting sales from its Villa Capri model home on the golf
course in Floresta. This two-story home, with 4,410 square feet of living
space, features four bedrooms, a den and library, with a semi-circular
staircase from the foyer. The builder has five floor plans available here.
The Champions’ Club is a gated community overlooking the 18-hole
championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, and features a
Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis
courts and a state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker
facilities.
