Samuelsen hosts grand opening at Champions’ Club
October 17, 2006

TRINITY, FLA. – Samuelsen Builders will celebrate the grand opening of its $1.1 million estate model home Oct. 21-22 in the village of Mirasol at The Champions’ Club, an exclusive golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.

The two-story Valhalla model provides 4,535 square feet of living space and is on a premium homesite with broad views of the award-winning, 18-hole championship Fox Hollow Golf Course, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer.

The home is base-priced in the low-$800s including standard homesite, and features four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and separate one- and two-car garages.

Designed with a traditional Florida elevation, the home has a stucco exterior accented by stone and columns that flank a double-door entry. From the foyer, visitors will enjoy a view of the lanai and pool area through eight-foot-high french doors in an angular living room crowned by an 11-foot-high ceiling.
In the center of the home is an island kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and custom cherry cabinetry. The kitchen adjoins a glass-walled breakfast area and is open to a family room with fireplace, 12-foot-high tray ceiling and eight-foot-high pocketing, sliding glass doors opening to the pool area.

Across the lanai is the master suite with a bay window also overlooking the pool. This retreat has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a master bath with separate dres-sing areas and vanities, Roman-style tub and walk-in shower.

The second-floor highlight is a media room featuring a home theater with surround sound. There also is a 20-foot-square game room with bar and powder room, and a private wing with two additional bedrooms and a bath.

This estate model home is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday.
