Mark
Maconi offers $1.5 million estate in Florencia
December 19, 2006
TRINITY, FLA. – Mark Maconi
Homes has introduced a $1.5 million estate resi-dence on the golf course at
The Champions’ Club – a private, golf-course community in southwest Pasco
County.
The 4,381-square-foot Belmont design is Maconi’s first residence in The
Champions’ Club and is available for immediate occupancy, reports Dan
Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s
developer. The home has four bed-rooms, four baths and a study, but also
features a home theater and second-floor bonus room. Its outdoor living area
boasts a kitchen, cabana and a brick-paver deck surrounding the pool and
spa.
The Belmont is one of six residential properties that the builder – based in
Palm Harbor, Fla – is offering in Florencia. Maconi’s floor plans here range
from 3,800 to 6,000 square feet of living area, and any plan can be
customized to buyers’ preferences and needs. Base pricing averages from the
$900s including homesite.

The Champions’ Club is a gated community overlooking the Robert Trent Jones
Sr.-designed 18-hole championship Fox Hollow golf course, which opened in
1994.
More than half of this community’s 368 homesites border the golf course,
while many others overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes or heavily wooded
conservation areas. The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion
master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its
kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith
Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East
Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to
The Champions’ Club entrance on the right. (From points north, take U.S. 19
south to Tarpon Springs Road and turn left.) Enter the community on Tamarind
Boulevard, then turn left on Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the
village of Floresta on the right, turn in and follow signs to The Champions’
Club welcome center. Another route is to take Little Road south, and turn
left on Trinity Boulevard. From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to
the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
