Costanza begins $1.8 million model in Mirasol
APRIL 19, 2007
TRINITY, FLA. – Construction is under way on Costanza Homes’ 4,565-square-foot Summerfield Grand model – boasting an indoor-outdoor, see-through fireplace – in the village of Mirasol at The Champions’ Club in southwest Pasco County.
Priced at $1.8 million including homesite, the two-story Summerfield Grand has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a three-car garage, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. It also has coffered ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops, marble flooring, as well as golf-course and water views.
To one side of the Summerfield Grand’s foyer are double doors opening to a study, while a formal dining room is on the other side. Ahead is a 16-by-19-foot living room with wood-ceiling detailing, a fireplace and french doors opening to a covered lanai.
A gallery off the living room leads to a guest suite – with walk-in closet and private bath – and a double-island kitchen with breakfast area and lanai access. The kitchen is open to a 20-by-23-foot family room, which has two sets of french doors and shares the two-sided fireplace with the lanai. Off the family room is a 16-by-18-foot game room.
On the other side of the home is a half-bath near the double-door entry to the master suite. The suite has a 13-by-16-foot bedroom, 9-by-11-foot sitting area with lanai access, and a bath featuring his-and-her walk-in closets, twin vanities, a garden tub and separate shower.
A staircase off the dining room leads to two bedrooms, a bath, loft and an 18-by-21-foot bonus room with built-in entertainment center and french doors opening to a sun deck. Outside, the lanai – boasting its own kitchen – adjoins a pool area with spa, waterfall and wading area.
More than half of the 368 homesites at The Champions’ Club overlook a Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed golf course, nearly 45 acres of lakes or wooded conservation areas. Pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $3 million including homesite.
