APRIL 27, 2007

TRINITY, FLA. – Costanza Homes’ $1.2 million estate model home in the village of Mirasol at The Champions’ Club was named best overall model in its category during the recent Pasco Building Association’s 2007 Parade of Homes.

The 4,323-square-foot Summerfield 37-S also earned the award for best exterior for homes priced $950,000-$1.2 million, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The model price includes a golf-course homesite. The base price of the Summerfield in The Champions’ Club is $720,000 including a standard homesite.

Architectural detailing on the Mediterranean exterior includes rope columns and decorative corbels. The home features four bedrooms, a study and 3.5 baths. Two of those bedrooms and a loft are on the second floor. The award-winning floor plan features a built-in saltwater aquarium separating the bonus room and family rooms.

The Champions’ Club is a gated golf-course community in southwest Pasco County overlooking the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, which opened in 1994.

More than half of this community’s 368 homesites border the golf course, while many others overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes, or heavily wooded conservation areas. The Champions’ Club comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,850 square feet of living space, while other villages

require homes with a minimum of 3,800 square feet of living space. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $2 million including homesite.

The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
