Costanza opens $1.8M model in Champions’ Club
February 7, 2008
TRINITY, FLA. – Costanza Homes has unveiled a $1.8 million estate model home overlooking the 15th hole of the championship Fox Hollow Golf Course at The Champions’ Club, a gated community in southwest Pasco County.
Called the Summerfield Grand, the 4,565-square-foot model home is situated in the village of Mirasol, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. It features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and boasts golf course and water views.
This estate residence has 12-foot-high ceilings in the main living areas, and is accented by crown moldings and marble floors. It features a three-car garage and an exterior elevation highlighted with gothic windows.
Guests enter through double front doors that lead from an arched, covered entry into the foyer. Ahead is a 16-by-19-foot living room – with a 42-inch-wide fireplace – that opens to a covered lanai and deck with a pool, wading area and spa.
To one side of the foyer is an octagonal study, adjoining the master suite with its 13-by-16-foot bedroom, sitting area and two walk-in closets, one of which is 6 by 25 feet. The master bath has a coffered ceiling, twin vanities, a garden tub and separate shower. On the other side of the foyer is a formal dining room, bordered by a curved staircase, beyond which is a second bedroom suite with private bath and walk-in closet. Just beyond this area is an entrance to the double-island kitchen – with granite countertops – that is open to the 20-by-23-foot family room, also crowned by a coffered ceiling. The family room provides direct access to the covered lanai, as does the adjoining breakfast room. Also off the lanai and family room is a 328-square-foot game room.
Upstairs, the loft area leads to two bedrooms and a shared bath. To the other side of the loft is an 18-by-21-foot bonus room with a built-in entertainment center and french doors opening to a sun deck.
