Maconi to unveil $1.5M Champions’ Club home

TRINITY, FLA. – Mark Maconi Homes will open its $1.5 million custom home to the public Saturday and Sunday (Jan. 26-27) at the village of Florencia in The Champions’ Club, the gated golf course community in southwest Pasco County.

The customized Belmont design, featuring four bedrooms and four baths in 4,384 square feet of living space, is at 9643 Milano Drive on the first fairway of Fox Hollow Golf Course, according to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer.

Mark Maconi Homes’ vice president of design, Greg Lane, will be at the home during the open house 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday to meet with prospective home buyers interested in this residence or in customizing an existing Mark Maconi Homes floor plan to build in Florencia.

Current Champions’ Club homesite owners also are invited to meet with Lane. The home will be open weekends 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Monday, and noon-6 p.m. Sunday. Other days, it will be open by appointment.

The home includes a home theater, second-floor bonus room, as well as indoor and outdoor kitchens. It also features a wine-captain center with built-in bottle storage to display and chill the owners’ wine collection. This home has a courtyard with three-car garage in front and a verandah with pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the rear.

The Champions’ Club features a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker facilities.

To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to The Champions’ Club entrance on the right. (From points north, take U.S. 19 south to Tarpon Springs Road and turn left.) Enter the community on Tamarind Boulevard, then turn left on Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the village of Floresta on the right, turn in and follow signs to The Champions’ Club welcome center.
