Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ model opens at Siena
JAN. 26, 2005
TRINITY, FLA. – Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ $1.3 million Venetia model has been unveiled in Siena, a gated village of custom-designed estate residences with maintenance-free landscaping at The Champions’ Club in southwest Pasco County.
The two-story, 3,700-square-foot executive home provides three bedrooms, three baths – as well as a powder bath and pool bath – and boasts 10- to 12-foot-high ceilings throughout, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The model was built by Catenac-Gulfwynd, the Arthur Rutenberg franchise building in The Champions’ Club.
The home’s two-story foyer is bordered on one side by column-accented entrances to a formal living room with optional fireplace, and a dining room. A staircase in the foyer takes visitors to two secondary bedrooms, two baths and a library.
The foyer leads to a 16-by-21-foot leisure room – with optional media center – and an island kitchen with breakfast area that overlooks the lanai, pool and spa. The outdoor living space – with an optional outdoor kitchen – can be reached from the leisure room through 8-foot-high sliding glass doors.
The Venetia’s master suite is reachable from the leisure room. The 15-by-19-foot suite boasts an angular, 10-foot-high recessed ceiling and a wall of windows. A hall lined by his-and-her walk-in closets leads to a master bath with separate dressing areas, twin vanities, walk-in shower and garden tub.
A 13-by-16-foot den also may be reached from a hall off the leisure room.
More than half of the 368 homesites in The Champions’ Club will border an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., while many others will overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.
This community comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages, each with a private entrance gate. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 and 3,800 square feet of living space. Residential pricing ranges from the $650s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
The Venetia model is open Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday noon-5 p.m. For more details about Arthur Rutenberg homes here, call (727) 372-0860.
