Samuelsen opens $1.1 million model in Mirasol
JUNE 14, 2006
TRINITY, FLA. – Samuelsen Builders has opened a $1.1 million estate model home – featuring a stone-accented elevation with columns flanking the double-door entry – in The Champions’ Club, an exclusive golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
Situated in the village of Mirasol, the 4,535-square-foot Valhalla model is a two-story residence with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and separate one- and two-car garages, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The home is base-priced at $639,900 including standard homesite.
Samuelsen’s premium homesites in Mirasol overlook water features or fairways of the award-winning, 18-hole championship Fox Hollow Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.
The Valhalla model is decorated in earth tones with hardwood floors throughout. The foyer, crowned by a volume ceiling, opens to an angular living room with 11-foot-high ceilings and a view of the lanai and pool area through 8-foot-high sliding glass doors.
The master suite has a tray ceiling, sitting area with a bay window overlooking the pool, two walk-in closets, and a master bath with separate dressing areas and vanities, a Roman-style tub and walk-in shower.
Granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and custom maple cabinetry are among appointments in the island kitchen, which adjoins a glass-walled breakfast area overlooking the pool. The kitchen is open to the family room, which has a fireplace, 12-foot-high tray ceiling and 8-foot-high pocketed sliding glass doors. The home also has a formal dining room; a den with custom-designed, two-sided maple desk; built-in bookcases; and a guest suite with private bath.
Upstairs is a 20-by-20-foot game room complete with bar and powder room, plus a 15-by-17-foot media room. There also is a private wing with two additional bedrooms and a bath.
The Champions’ Club comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area, also being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises. To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take U.S. 19 south to Tarpon Springs Road and turn left.)
