Club management team named for The Champions’ Club
MARCH 17, 2006
TRINITY, FLA. – A club management team that will provide personal services and fitness programs has been announced for The Champions’ Club, a gated golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
Leading the team are club manager Frank Oliveto, and personal-training-and-fitness consultant Dean Cosgrove, Ph.D., says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enter-prises Inc., the community’s developer.
In his new post, Oliveto will be responsible for overall club management, and will oversee the fitness center, pool facilities, as well as concierge and spa services. Mean-while, Cosgrove will develop personal and group training programs, and conduct swim classes. Both also will supervise selection of the club’s support staff.
Oliveto, who earned a bachelor’s degree in commercial recreation from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa., has more than two decades of resort-management experience for companies in Florida and South Carolina. In 1981, he founded the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association, and was its executive director for 12 years. A native of Beaver, Pa., Oliveto resides in Trinity.
A native of Palm Springs, Calif., and resident of Tarpon Springs, Fla., Cosgrove earned a doctorate degree in exercise science from Columbia Pacific University in San Rafael, Calif. He established Total Fitness Sports Medicine in Tarpon Springs, and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
When completed, The Champions’ Club will provide 368 homesites in seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must have at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require a minimum of 3,500 and 3,800 square feet of living space. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker facilities.
The community adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity – also developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to The Champions’ Club entrance on the right.
