Costanza's $1.2M estate model under way in Mirasol
MARCH 3, 2005
TRINITY, FLA. – Construction has begun on Costanza Homes’ 4,319-square-foot Summerfield model at the gated village of Mirasol in The Champions’ Club, a private, golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
The two-story estate model home – priced at $1.2 million including homesite – will provide four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an optional game room and a second-floor bonus room, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The home boasts volume ceilings at least 10 feet high throughout.
A column-accented entry opens into a foyer that, in turn, becomes a wide gallery stretching across the front of the home. From this vantage point, visitors will enjoy a sweeping view of the lanai and pool through the living room’s 8-foot-high sliding glass doors. The foyer is flanked on one side by a formal dining room and on the other by a study, both with octagonal coffered ceilings.
Beyond the study, the master suite has a private sitting area overlooking the pool, as well as a master bath with separate toilets, his-and-her walk-in closets, a Roman-style tub and separate shower.
Across the lanai from the master suite, the island kitchen – with separate breakfast area and built-in desk – is open to a 20-by-22-foot family room. This room – featuring a media center and optional built-in aquarium – provides access to an adjoining game room.
At the far end of the entrance gallery is a guest suite with private bath and walk-in closet, as well as a staircase to secondary bedrooms and a 13-by-22-foot bonus room.
Costanza Homes offers five fully customizable floor plans in Mirasol and also will design a home to buyers’ specifications. Residences in Mirasol must provide at least 3,800 square feet of living space and are priced from the $600s including homesite.
The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club. More than half of this community’s 368 homesites – within seven Mediterranean-themed villages – will border the golf course, while many others will over-look lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas. Residential pricing ranges from the $400s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The community will feature a clubhouse with lounge, dining room, fully equipped fitness center, his-and-her locker facilities, a resort-style pool, sun deck, and tennis courts.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
