Marc Rutenberg homes
available for the first time

MARCH 7, 2006

TRINITY, FLA. –  Marc Rutenberg Homes is building estate residences in the village of Florencia, marking the first time it is offering homes at The Champions’ Club, an award-winning, gated golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.

In Florencia, Marc Rutenberg will build 10 residences priced from about $1.1 million to more than $1.6 million including homesite, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. Rutenberg’s four floor plans provide 4,459-5,279 square feet of living space, and the builder will modify any floor plan to fit clients’ preferences and needs.

Marc Rutenberg is conducting sales for Florencia from its Castaway Grand model home in Hawks Landing in Palm Harbor, Fla.

Established in 1991, Marc Rutenberg Homes builds in four Tampa Bay-area com-munities. It has received numerous awards including an Aurora Award from the Southeast Building Conference; a Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence award from the National Association of Home Builders; and a Best in American Living Award from the NAHB and Professional Builder magazine.

The Champions’ Club borders the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, which opened in 1994. More than half of this community’s 368 homesites will line the golf course, while many others will overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes, or heavily wooded conservation areas.

The Champions’ Club comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require a minimum of 3,500 and 3,800 square feet of living space. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $2 million including homesite.

The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker facilities. Community activities will be coordinated by a club concierge.

The community adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity – also developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
