Samuelsen opens executive model in Trinity East
MAY 11, 2009
TRINITY, FLA. – With a second-floor master suite overlooking the lanai, the Britta executive model home – 1201 Ketzal Drive – has been unveiled by Samuelsen Builders in Trinity East at Trinity, the $1.5 billion master-planned community in southwest Pasco County.
Featuring five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this 2,768-square-foot residence borders a sprawling conservation area, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., Trinity's developer.
The Britta is base-priced from the upper $300s including homesite and is a new design for Samuelsen. Other executive residences offered by Samuelsen Builders in Trinity East are priced from the $250s including homesite.
The first thing guests will experience when entering the Britta is its two-story living room featuring 8-foot-high sliding glass doors that open to the lanai and pool beyond. There is a formal dining room to one side of the living room, and at the far end is a doorway leading to the home’s breakfast area overlooking the pool and lanai.
Adjoining the breakfast area is a gourmet kitchen – boasting custom wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and ceramic-tile flooring – that is open to the 22-by-15-foot leisure room, accessible to the lanai via sliding glass doors. The powder bath off the leisure room does double duty as a pool bath.
Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom (or den), a full bath and a laundry.
A staircase toward the front of the home leads to a loft open to the living room below. At one end of the loft is the double-door entrance to a master suite that features a sitting area with a bay window overlooking the lanai. The master bath has a walk-in closet, dual vanities with granite countertops. There also are a jetted tub and separate shower.
Additionally, the upstairs also has three other bedrooms and a full bath.
Trinity stretches from the Pasco-Pinellas county line north to State Road 54, and from Seven Springs Boulevard east to Gunn Highway. One of the largest communities of its kind in Pasco County history, Trinity also is among the largest communities being developed in the Tampa Bay area, according to Rose Residential Reports.
To reach Trinity East, take U.S. Highway 19 or Little Road to State Road 54 and head east. Make a right onto Community Drive, which dead ends at the community entrance. Or take the Suncoast Parkway to exit 19. Head west on S.R. 54, then turn left onto Community Drive.
The Britta model center is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday. On Sunday, hours are noon-5 p.m. Samuelsen Builders at Trinity East may be reached by calling (727) 372-9210. For more details on Trinity, visit hometowntrinity.com.
