Campagna's $1.57 million model opens in Floresta
NOVEMBER 15, 2004
TRINITY, FLA. – Campagna Homes’ 4,410-square-foot Villa Capri model is complete and open to the public on a golf-course homesite at The Champions’ Club – the private, country-club community in southwest Pasco County.
Located in the village of Floresta, the two-story, four-bedroom estate model home – with outdoor kitchen, pool and spa – is priced, as shown, at $1.57 million including furnishings and premium homesite, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer.
Just past the home’s column-accented, covered entry is the double-door entrance opening to a foyer crowned by a 21-foot-high ceiling. The foyer’s focal point is a semi-circular oak staircase leading to three secondary bedrooms, two baths, a loft and covered verandah. At the foot of the staircase are double doors opening into the den.
Adjoining the foyer is a 12-by-14-foot formal dining room that is open to the formal living room beyond. Between the living and dining rooms is a short hall that ends at the gourmet island kitchen and a glass-walled breakfast area overlooking the pool.
The home’s 19-by-22-foot family room – with pocketing sliding glass doors to the lanai – is open to the kitchen. Double doors off the family room lead to a 15-by-27-foot area that can be used as a game room or media center. Across the lanai from the family room are sliding glass doors to the 14-by-23-foot master suite with a tray ceiling and two-sided fireplace. The master bath has a ceramic-tile floor, twin vanities, garden tub, separate shower and walk-in closets.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, and overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, designed by world-renowned golf-course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. More than half of this community’s 368 homesites will border the golf course, while many others will overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living space. Residential pricing is from the $400s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The community will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a lounge, dining room, fitness center, locker facilities, resort-style pool, sun deck and tennis courts.
To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
Campagna’s Villa Capri model is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday. Additional information about the builder’s homes here may be obtained by calling (727) 939-0820.
