NOV. 19, 2007

TRINITY, FLA. – Costanza Homes is nearing completion of a 4,565-square-foot Summerfield Grand model home overlooking the 15th hole of the Fox Hollow Golf Course at the village of Mirasol in The Champions’ Club in southwest Pasco County. The $1.8 million estate, which boasts both golf course and water views, is expected to be complete by the end of the year, reports Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer.

This four-bedroom home with 3.5 baths features two bedroom suites on the first floor. The master suite boasts a 13-by-16-foot bedroom and 9-by-11-foot sitting area, plus a bath with his-and-her walk-in closets, twin vanities, garden tub and separate shower. The second suite ... on the opposite side of the home ... also has a private bath and walk-in closet. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bath and a loft.

The Summerfield Grand is appointed with coffered ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops and marble flooring.

In addition to a formal 16-by-19-foot living room – adjoining the formal dining room – this home offers a 20-by-23-foot family room and a 16-by-18-foot game room ... both with access to the lanai.

Upstairs, an 18-by-21-foot bonus room provides a built-in entertainment center and french doors opening to a sun deck.

The double-island kitchen in the center of the home is open to the family room and the breakfast area, also with lanai access. The home also has a den on the first floor. Another kitchen is found on the lanai, overlooking a pool area with spa, waterfall and wading area.
