Sales reach halfway point in village of Mirasol

28 NOVEMBER, 2005

TRINITY, FLA. –  Just 33 homesites – many along Fox Hollow Golf Club’s 18-hole championship golf course – remain available in the gated village of Mirasol at The Champions’ Club, an award-winning golf-club community in southwest Pasco County.

According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises, the com-munity’s developer, companies currently building in Mirasol include Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Bayfair, Costanza Homes and Samuelsen Builders. Priced from the mid-$700s to more than $1 million including homesite, residences here must provide at least 3,800 square feet of living space.

In Mirasol, construction is under way on three model homes – slated to open in the spring – by Costanza and Samuelsen. Currently, all active builders are conducting sales from existing model homes in other village of The Champions’ Club.

The seven Mediterranean-themed villages at The Champions’ Club comprise 368 homesites. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living space. Pricing will range from the $500s to more than $2 million including homesite.

The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker facilities.
The community adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity – also developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.

To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
