Village of Siena opens at The Champions’ Club
OCT. 5, 2005
TRINITY, FLA. – Siena, a gated village of estate and executive residences – with what its developer is calling Maintenance-Lite Living – will open Saturday (Oct. 8) at The Champions’ Club in southwest Pasco County.
The event at Siena is open to the public and will feature previews of model homes by Bayfair and Arthur Rutenberg Homes, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The open house is scheduled for the week-ends of Oct. 8-9 and 15-16, when the models will be open Saturdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays noon-5 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.
Siena is the only Champions’ Club village to offer the Maintenance-Lite concept, which includes the cost of landscape and lawn services as well as exterior upkeep in monthly homeowners fees. Many homesites border the golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, while others overlook one of the many lakes, ponds or nature preserves in the community.
The seven Mediterranean-themed villages at The Champions’ Club comprise 368 homesites. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,700 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living space. Residential pricing will range from the $550s to more than $2 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club will feature a Mediterranean-style clubhouse that will provide a catered dining area, state-of-the-art workout facility with his-and-her locker areas, a resort-style pool, sun deck and tennis courts.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to The Champions’ Club entrance on the right. (From points north, take U.S. 19 south to Tarpon Springs Road and turn left.) Enter the community on Tamarind Boulevard, then turn left on Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the village of Floresta on the right, turn in and follow signs to The Champions’ Club welcome center. Another route is to take Little Road south, and turn left on Trinity Boulevard.
