Arthur Rutenberg Homes model
under way in Siena

TRINITY, FLA. – Construction has begun on an $800,000 estate model home – designed by Arthur Rutenberg Homes – in Siena, a village of custom-designed residences and maintenance-free landscaping at The Champions’ Club in southwest Pasco County.

The 3,600-square-foot Venetia model is a two-story design – with 10- and 12-foot-high ceilings throughout – that overlooks the golf course at the Fox Hollow Golf Club, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer. The basic floor plan of this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence is priced from the upper-$400s including standard homesite.

The model is being built by Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ franchise Gulfwynd-Catenac.

Double doors open into the Venetia’s two-story foyer, which features a staircase leading to two secondary bedrooms. Also upstairs are two full baths and a flex space – with built-in desk – that can be used as a library.

Opposite the foyer staircase are a pair of column-accented arches that introduce a living room with optional fireplace, and the dining room. The foyer ends at the 16-by-21-foot leisure room with optional media center and wet bar. A set of 8-foot-high sliding glass doors opens to a lanai featuring an optional outdoor kitchen, a pool and spa. The leisure room also is open to the island kitchen and adjoining breakfast area overlooking the pool. A private hall off the leisure room leads to a 13-by-16-foot den with a recessed, 10-foot-high ceiling.

At the lanai end of the leisure room, a vestibule opens into the 15-by-19-foot master suite. The suite – boasting an angular, 10-foot-high recessed ceiling – features a wall of windows that bathes the room in natural light. Connecting the master bedroom and bath is a hall flanked by three closets: for him, for her and for linens. The master bath has separate dressing areas with vanities, a walk-in shower and a garden tub.

More than half of the 368 homesites at The Champions’ Club will border the 18-hole championship golf course, while many others will overlook lakes or heavily wooded conservation areas.

The community will comprise seven Mediterranean-themed villages, and home pricing ranges from the $400s to more than $2 million including homesite.

The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.

To reach The Champions’ Club from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard and turn right. (From points north, take Little Road south to Trinity Boulevard and turn left.) From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.

Until the Venetia model is complete, sales for Siena are being conducted from Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ model center in the nearby village of Salano.
