Frank Oliveto’s career spans over two decades in the hospitality industry serving at some of the country’s finest destinations, leading the industry’s professional association and providing consulting services. With a degree in commercial recreation from Penn State University, Frank quickly went to work building a broad experience base. His talents brought him from director level to senior management staff.
Career highlights include management positions at Innisbrook Resort in Tarpon Springs, Kiawah Island Resort and Seabrook Island Resort, both in Charleston, South Carolina. Character-ized for his innovation and leadership, Oliveto founded and served as Executive Director for the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association. Sought for his management expertise, Mr. Oliveto has been a featured speaker at state and national conferences in the hospitality and association industries.
Frank recently completed a year-long contract as a hotel consultant with Richey International, an exclusive consulting firm serving the super luxury market, where he traveled worldwide evaluating service standards for clients such as: The Four Seasons, Hilton, Preferred Hotels and Mandarin Oriental Hotels & Resorts. Frank is also a certified Seminar Leader for the largest public seminar company in the world, Pryor Resources. In addition, Frank contracts with corporations, city governments and private companies to conduct special events, training and team building programs.

Welcome to the Champions’ Club Spa Massage Therapy Department! I look forward to meeting every member and developing an individualized therapy plan. THANK YOU in advance for your confidence in my ability to do so!! I am trained and certified in a wide range of modalities and have been serving the Trinity Communities since the year 2000. My clinical chiropractic employment experiences have taught me a great deal about spinal and nerve related pain treatment and I specialize in assisting those suffering from fibromyalgia and pre/post natal massage. I am registered in the state of New York and licensed in Florida. I am a participating member of the National Board of Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Practicing Massage Therapy is not just my livelihood, but is one of the greatest joys of my life! Please feel free to inquire for further information on the modalities available at the clubhouse. House calls are also available during the course of the week for your convenience.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Jessica is a graduate of State University of New York -Brockport (S.U.N.Y.). She married her college sweetheart Tim, and moved to Florida in 1995. She taught elementary education for two years in Pasco County before returning to school to become a massage therapist. She also works part-time at chiropractic office building a private clientele base, and is available for house calls.
Jessica is a volunteer for ESOL Literacy Volunteers of Tarpon Springs, and is a student of cross cultural art history. Additional interests include gardening and landscaping.

Kim played competitive tennis as a junior, reaching the rank of No.34 in Florida for U16. She gained her United States Professional Tennis Association teaching certification in 2002. Kim has over 20 years of competitive tennis experience to go along with 10+ years of coaching.

Dean Cosgrove holds a PhD in Health Science and undergraduate degree in Nursing and Neuromuscular Therapy. Dean’s professional certifications include USAT Triathlon Coach, Advanced Personal Trainer, member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the Director of the Healthy Solutions Weight Loss Program. Dean is a competitive amateur triathlete and has successfully completed 18 consecutive Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. The Ironman Triathlon consists of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike course and a 26.2 mile marathon.
